These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the business intelligence and data analytics services ("Services") provided by Moving Intelligence GmbH ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing our site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Scope

The specific scope of Services, technical deliverables, project schedules, and billing cycles will be defined in a separate Statement of Work ("SOW") executed between Moving Intelligence GmbH and the Client.

2. Client Responsibilities & Data Access

The Client acknowledges that timely access to necessary data warehouses, cloud servers, analytics pipelines, and administrative database credentials is required for successful engineering and BI execution.

3. Intellectual Property

All proprietary data models, analytical frameworks, and internal optimization algorithms remain the intellectual property of Moving Intelligence GmbH. Final customized reporting dashboards and deliverable codebases belong to the Client upon receipt of full payment.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to hold confidential information, customer databases, predictive models, and financial metrics in strict confidence and shall not disclose such information to unauthorized third parties without prior written consent.

5. Performance Disclaimer

Data intelligence outcomes depend heavily on legacy systems, data quality, organizational readiness, and market dynamics. While Moving Intelligence GmbH applies industry-leading methodologies, no specific absolute financial guarantee is made.
